HIPAA-Eligible Services
Certain subscription plans may be designated as HIPAA-ready or HIPAA-eligible.
HIPAA-related protections apply only where:
- a HIPAA-eligible plan is purchased;
- VoltFax expressly offers HIPAA services for that plan; and
- a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) has been fully executed.

Security Incident Response
VoltFax maintains processes intended to identify, evaluate, investigate, and respond to suspected security incidents.
Response activities may include:
- investigation;
- containment;
- remediation;

Not all events constitute security incidents, and response actions may vary depending on the circumstances.
Continuous Improvement
Security threats continually evolve.
VoltFax periodically reviews and may update security practices, technologies, policies, and procedures to help address changing risks and operational requirements.
No Security Guarantees
While VoltFax implements security measures designed to help protect information, no system, network, platform, communication method, software application, or security control can guarantee absolute security.
Accordingly, VoltFax cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, misuse, or other security events will never occur.
