Fax Status Meanings

Every fax sent through VoltFax includes a status that indicates its current stage in the transmission process.

Common Fax Statuses

Pending

Your fax has been submitted and is waiting to be processed.

Processing

VoltFax is preparing your documents for transmission.

Sending

Your fax is actively being transmitted to the recipient.

Delivered

The recipient’s fax system successfully accepted the transmission.

Failed

The fax could not be delivered. Additional error information may be available.

Cancelled

The fax was cancelled before transmission was completed.
