When a user no longer requires access, administrators can remove them from the VoltFax workspace.
Remove a User
- Sign in as an administrator.
- Open Team Management.
- Select the user you wish to remove.
- Choose Remove User.
- Confirm the action.
The user will immediately lose access to your VoltFax workspace.
Before Removing a User
Before removing access:
- Reassign any outstanding work.
- Review assigned faxes.
- Confirm the user no longer requires access.
- Follow your organization’s offboarding procedures.
Security Best Practice
Remove access promptly when an employee changes roles or leaves your organization to help protect sensitive information.
