Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a second verification step when you sign in.
Enable MFA
- Sign in to your VoltFax account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Open Security.
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Follow the on-screen setup instructions.
- Complete the verification process.
Once enabled, you’ll be asked to complete a second authentication step each time you sign in from a new device or browser.
Why Enable MFA?
MFA helps:
- Protect your account if your password is compromised
- Reduce unauthorized access
- Improve overall account security
We strongly recommend enabling MFA for all users, especially administrators.
