What Is a Delivery Confirmation?
A delivery confirmation indicates whether a fax transmission was successfully completed or if an issue prevented delivery.
Possible Results
Delivered
The recipient’s fax system accepted the transmission.
Failed
The transmission could not be completed. Additional error details may be available.
Pending
The fax is still waiting to be processed or transmitted.
Viewing Delivery Confirmations
You can view delivery confirmations from:
- Sent folder
- Fax History
- Transmission details
Important Note
A successful delivery confirmation means the recipient’s fax equipment accepted the fax. It does not necessarily confirm that the document has been reviewed or read by the recipient.
