The Fax Transmission Failed
The sender’s fax machine or service may have encountered a transmission error.
Your Fax Number Is Inactive
If your fax number has expired, been released, or is no longer assigned to your account, incoming faxes cannot be received.
Service or Connectivity Issues
Temporary service interruptions may delay fax processing.
The Fax Is Still Processing
Large or complex faxes may take additional time to appear in your Inbox.
What You Can Do
- Refresh your Inbox after a few minutes.
- Confirm your assigned fax number.
- Ask the sender to verify the fax number and resend the document.
- Check your email notifications for delivery updates.
- Contact VoltFax Support if the issue persists.
If the sender received a successful transmission confirmation but the fax still does not appear in your account, contact Support with the approximate transmission time and the sending fax number to assist with troubleshooting.
