You can download multiple faxes at once to simplify recordkeeping and offline storage.

Download Multiple Documents

1. Sign in to your VoltFax account.
2. Open your Inbox, Sent, or Fax History.
3. Select the faxes you want to download.
4. Choose Download.
5. Save the downloaded files to your device.

Depending on available features, multiple documents may be downloaded individually or as a single compressed archive.
