Cancel Your Subscription

1. Sign in to your VoltFax account.
2. Go to Billing & Subscription.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow the confirmation prompts.

Before You Cancel

Before canceling your subscription, consider:

• Downloading important fax documents.
• Saving invoices or billing records.
• Notifying anyone who regularly sends faxes to your assigned fax number.
• Releasing or transferring fax numbers, if applicable.

After Cancellation

Depending on your subscription and applicable terms, access to paid features may continue until the end of your current billing period.
