VoltFax can notify you when new faxes arrive so you never miss an important document.

Notification Types

Depending on your account settings, notifications may include:

• New incoming faxes
• Failed fax deliveries
• Account-related alerts
• Security notifications

Manage Notifications

To update your notification preferences:

1. Sign in to your VoltFax account.
2. Open Account Settings.
3. Select Notifications.
4. Enable or disable the notifications you want to receive.

Not Receiving Notifications?

If you’re not receiving email notifications:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Verify your email address.
• Confirm your notification settings are enabled.
• Add VoltFax to your email provider’s safe sender list.

Notification delivery times may vary depending on your email provider.
