Refund eligibility depends on your subscription, applicable law, and the circumstances of your request.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you were billed incorrectly or have questions about a recent charge, please contact VoltFax Support as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your account email address
  • Invoice or transaction details
  • A description of your request

Refund Review

Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable consumer protection laws.

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous charges unless otherwise required by law or specified in your subscription agreement.
