Send to Multiple Recipients

VoltFax allows you to send the same fax to multiple recipients.

Send to Multiple Fax Numbers

1. Create a new fax.
2. Enter the first recipient’s fax number.
3. Add additional recipients.
4. Upload your documents.
5. Review the recipient list.
6. Select Send.

Each recipient receives an individual fax transmission.

Important Notes

• Each transmission is processed separately.
• Delivery status is tracked individually for every recipient.
• A successful delivery to one recipient does not guarantee successful delivery to others.
