Session Management helps you monitor and control where your VoltFax account is currently signed in.
View Active Sessions
Depending on your account features, you may be able to view:
- Current session
- Active browser sessions
- Recently active devices
- Recent sign-in activity
Sign Out of Other Sessions
If you suspect unauthorized access or simply want to improve security:
- Sign in to your VoltFax account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Open Security or Sessions.
- Review your active sessions.
- Select Sign Out for individual sessions or Sign Out of All Devices, if available.
When to End Active Sessions
We recommend ending active sessions if:
- You signed in on a public or shared computer.
- You lost a device.
- You changed your password.
- You notice unfamiliar account activity.
Best Practice
For maximum security, combine session management with a strong password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help keep your VoltFax account protected.
