A cover page helps identify the sender and provides context for your fax.

Add a Cover Page

While creating a fax:

  1. Enable Include Cover Page.
  2. Enter the recipient’s information.
  3. Enter your name or organization.
  4. Add an optional subject.
  5. Include an optional message.

The cover page will be placed before your attached documents.

Why Use a Cover Page?

A cover page can help:

  • Identify the sender
  • Provide contact information
  • Include special instructions
  • Protect sensitive documents by indicating the intended recipient
