If your fax has not yet begun transmitting, you may be able to cancel it.
Cancel a Fax
- Open Sent or Fax History.
- Locate the pending fax.
- Select Cancel.
If the fax has already started transmitting, it may no longer be possible to stop the transmission.
When Cancellation Isn’t Available
A fax cannot typically be cancelled after:
- Transmission has started
- Delivery has completed
- The transmission has failed
Check the fax status for the most up-to-date information.
