Each fax includes a delivery status so you can monitor its progress.
Common Statuses
Processing
Your documents are being prepared for transmission.
Sending
VoltFax is actively transmitting your fax.
Delivered
The recipient’s fax system successfully received the transmission.
Failed
The fax could not be delivered.
Failed Status
If a fax fails, additional information may be available explaining the reason.
Examples include:
- Busy line
- Invalid number
- Transmission error
- Connection timeout
Depending on the issue, you may be able to resend the fax.
