All received faxes are available from your VoltFax Inbox.

View a Received Fax

1. Sign in to your VoltFax account.
2. Open the Inbox.
3. Select the fax you want to view.

You can review the document directly from your browser without downloading it.

Fax Details

Each fax includes information such as:

• Sender (when available)
• Date and time received
• Number of pages
• Fax status
• Assigned fax number

Tips

Use the search and filter options to quickly locate specific faxes by sender, date, or fax number.
