You can attach multiple files to a single Email-to-Fax transmission.

Sending Multiple Documents

1. Create a new email.
2. Attach each document you want to include.
3. Confirm the attachment order.
4. Send the email.

VoltFax combines the attachments into a single fax transmission in the order they appear.

Best Practices

• Place documents in the desired sequence before sending.
• Remove duplicate attachments.
• Keep the total attachment size within your plan’s supported limits.

If your attachments exceed the allowed limits, the transmission may be rejected.
