Invite Team Members

VoltFax makes it easy to collaborate by inviting colleagues to your account.

Invite a Team Member

  1. Sign in to your VoltFax account as an administrator.
  2. Go to Team Management.
  3. Select Invite Team Member.
  4. Enter the user’s email address.
  5. Assign an appropriate role.
  6. Send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your VoltFax workspace.

Pending Invitations

You can view, resend, or cancel pending invitations from the Team Management page until the invitation has been accepted.

Best Practices

  • Assign the minimum level of access required for each user.
  • Review team access regularly.
  • Remove users who no longer require access.
