Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, VoltFax will notify you so you can update your payment information.

Common Reasons for Failed Payments

  • Expired credit card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect billing information
  • Bank or card issuer declined the transaction
  • Payment method is no longer valid

What to Do

If your payment fails:

  1. Verify your payment information.
  2. Update your payment method if necessary.
  3. Contact your bank or card issuer if the issue continues.
  4. Retry the payment once the issue has been resolved.

Service Impact

If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription or certain features may be suspended in accordance with your subscription terms.
