If you no longer wish to use VoltFax, you can request the permanent deletion of your account.

Before Deleting Your Account

Before proceeding, we recommend that you:

• Download any important faxes.
• Save invoices or billing records.
• Cancel any active subscriptions.
• Notify anyone who regularly sends faxes to your assigned fax number.
• Release or transfer any fax numbers, if applicable.

Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to your VoltFax account.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Open Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the confirmation message.
6. Confirm your request.

Important

Deleting your account is permanent. Depending on applicable laws and operational requirements, certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, security, or billing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
